Hoodie and jogging pants

Deze broek naaide ik vorig jaar al. Maar omdat er geen bijpassende trui was, bleef de broek ongebruikt in de kast liggen. Toen de stof laatst opeens weer te koop was, kocht ik snel een meter om een bijpassende hoodie te maken. Ik maakte ik de hoodie ongeveer dezelfde ronde zakken als in de broek, zodat het mooi matcht.

I already sewed these pants last year. But because there was no matching sweater, the pants remained unused in the wardrobe. When the fabric was suddenly on sale again, I quickly bought a meter to make a matching hoodie. I made the hoodie with the same round pockets as in the pants, so that it matches nicely.

Ik stikte veel naden door met de coverlock met rood lockgaren. Dit geeft altijd een mooi effect. Het doorstikken doe ik met de 4-draads-coversteek (3 naalden) aan de binnenkant van de stof.

I stitched a lot of seams with the coverlock with red yarn. I like the effect of the red stitch. I use the 4-thread-coverstitch (3 needles) on the inside of the fabric.
